1. Eligibility

   • You may return items within 15 days of receiving your order.

   • Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

2. Process

   • Email us at info@blassier.com with your order number and reason for return.

   • We will provide return instructions.

   • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

3. Refunds

   • Once inspected and approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

   • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.

4. Exchanges

   • Exchanges may be provided for defective or damaged items.
